About Me: 

Hi, my name is Benny.  I am from San Diego, Southern California.  I like going to the gym, the beach, hiking, and eating sushi and Mexican food.  I also enjoy traveling, I have been to many places in the States, and I have also been to Mexico, Canada, Italy, Germany, and England.  My destination of choice is Mexico.  I’m currently working as a Systems Engineer for a global company with a few offices worldwide, which I still have not visited.   I have been in the Information Technology field for several years now.  My goal at the University of Arizona Global Campus is to obtain my bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity Technology.  I am excited to be here.

My goal for this blog is to explore the various career paths within the IT world.  Information Technology is essential to many businesses and organizations.  However, you will find different positions and titles within the IT field.  For example, a Helpdesk Technician and a Business Applications Analyst are both IT careers but do different tasks and focus on distinct areas.  In this blog, we will explore a few different positions, compare them and dig into them.  This blog will help you expand your knowledge of IT careers.  It will help you identify the best job for you.
